蔡敏敏强装无事地告别了元宋，不过在车上，她又独自一人哭了起来，毕竟现在的她已经遭到元宋的拒绝了。第二天早上，叶鸣鹿来到了蔡敏敏的房间，不由分说地拉着蔡敏敏起床。蔡敏敏梳洗一番后坐到了饭桌前，仍为昨天的事而伤心不已。叶鸣鹿向她分析道，她现在还没有丧失最后的机会呢，她还是有机会和元宋走到一起的。这让她很快为此振奋起来了。叶鸣鹿得意地向蔡敏敏炫耀说，自己正假装成了贺繁星的爱情导师，在追求贺繁星呢，而且自己之前还给贺繁星出过一个主意，让她给她和元宋之间的恋情保密。蔡敏敏不解地问，那他为什么不直接拆散元宋和贺繁星呢。叶鸣鹿得意地道，自己这么做，就是给贺繁星和元宋之间埋雷罢了，毕竟元宋应当不会接受一场保密恋情的，这样他和贺繁星之间的关系，必定就不能持久了。
元宋来到了贺繁星的面前，贺繁星说自己正准备和他实行地下恋情呢，元宋不打算接受这种形式，失望地走了。贺繁星回到家里，叶鸣鹿给她打来电话，得知她的保密计划已经失败了，不禁在心里乐开了花。
夜里，贺繁星问贺妈妈，如果有一种恋情，需要用保密的方式来展开，她又能否认可呢。贺妈妈直言说，这样做和耍流氓有什么区别呢。这让贺繁星听了，不禁心情掉到了谷底，毕竟她正准备和元宋展开一场地下恋呢。

元宋来到了一个业主那里，帮他的家弄好了装修工作。那个业主得意洋洋地向元宋说起了自己和妻子的恋爱经历，这让元宋听了心里不禁羡慕不已。晚上，他见到了守在自己家门口的贺繁星，将她带到了自己家里。贺繁星一想到自己和元宋之间难以言述的感情，就惆怅得不行。她试图告诉元宋，自己准备转而和他执行一场公开的恋情，不过元宋却以为她仍在一心想和自己执行保密的恋情呢，很快和她吵了起来。最后，争执间，元宋只好无奈地向她妥协道，那就让自己来和她执行一场保密恋情吧，但时间最多不能超过三个月。
贺繁星和元宋拥抱着，激吻在一起，庆祝自己来之不易的恋情。第二天早上，贺繁星来到了公司里，元宋暗暗和她打情骂俏起来，这让贺繁星不禁尴尬得不行了，但又心里暗暗开心。
蔡敏敏和叶鸣鹿聊天，这时他们收到了一条消息，才知道他们分别喜欢的人元宋和贺繁星，已经有了心上人了，不禁伤心得不行，他们还不知道的是，元宋和贺繁星的对象，就是对方呢。
