設有 5座桌球桌，可舉辦研習及聯誼等活動，並提供民眾租用。
開放時間:06:00~22:00
收費標準:每桌1小時100元。 ※ 場地預約注意事項 1.電話預約:可預約7日內(含預約當日)。
2.現場繳費預約:可預約14日內(含預約當日)。
※ 請自備球具或向服務台租借，球拍每支30元附球。
租借球聚請當日歸還，逾期以日計算加收租金
出借 球具需押證件：身分證、駕照、健保卡或學生證，如 無證件可押押金500元。

健身房 羽球場 籃球場 直排輪

設置有體適能檢測區、心肺功能區、重量訓練區，是都市新貴舒展身心、健美瘦身的最佳場所。
本健身中心另設有專業運動教練個別塑身指導。
開放時間:06:00~22:00
收費標準:每小時50元 ，購票後限當日使用，逾期無效。
健身活力卡： 一張1500元，不限本人使用，期限180天
可使用健身房30小時，另贈送游泳池 2次。
上午公益時段：每日上午08:00-10:00年滿65歲之銀髮族
低收入戶憑證明文件正本免費入場。
下午公益時段：週一~週五下午14：00-16：00年滿65歲之銀髮族 憑證明文件正本免費入場。
不含例假日、國定假日及寒暑假。 非公益時段：銀髮族-25元；低收入戶原價。

舉辦撞球聯誼活動，並提供民眾租用，共6檯。

收費標準:100元/每檯/時，球具及球桿免費租借

公益時段及適用對象

●週一至週日上午8時至10時，週一至週五下午2時至4時，年滿65歲以上長者及設籍北市年滿55～64歲原住民，免費使用游泳池及體適能中心。(逢國定假日及寒暑假下午時段暫停實施)

●週一至週五上午8時至10時，年滿65歲以上長者及設籍北市年滿55歲以上原住民，免費使用桌球室、羽球場、籃球場、高爾夫球、撞球，採登記制，額滿為止。(逢國定假日暫停實施，寒暑假為週一至週五6:00-8:00)

●低收入戶、身心障礙者及其監護人或必要之陪伴者一人，憑身心障礙手冊正本及陪同卡或低收入戶證本及戶口名簿，全時段游泳池及體適能中心設施免費使用。

●若證件為戶口名簿/戶籍謄本，須一併攜帶有照證件備查(因紙本文件較無法辨識本人)。

場館規範

兒童遊戲室使用須知 (Playroom Rules)

1. 本遊戲室僅供6歲以下兒童使用。（使用時需家長陪同，以免發生意外）
2. 進入遊戲室請脫鞋，並於鞋櫃內排放整齊。
3. 嚴禁在遊戲室內飲食或嚼食口香糖。
4. 請避免大聲喧譁及吵鬧。
5. 請家長注意小朋友自身安全，嚴禁小朋友在本遊戲室內做出推擠等危險動作，以維護孩童自身安全。
6. 嚴禁攜帶本中心玩具回家，如經發現除依法送辦外，須照價賠償。
7. 嚴禁在本遊戲室更換尿片，如需更換請至哺(集)乳室。
8. 嚴禁小朋友在遊戲室內便溺。
9. 請共同維護遊戲室內整潔，如需服務請洽詢1樓櫃檯服務人員。
10. 本中心保有因活動、課程或清潔等需要，開放或關閉本遊戲室之權利。
11. 為維持環境及安全，如有違反使用須知、不聽從服務人員指導或因個人因素而影響他人權益或導致受傷時，本中心得立即禁止使用並不負賠償責任。
12. 未經中心許可，禁止照相、攝影、錄音、張貼或懸掛海報、旗幟、標語等。
13. 禁止攜帶寵物進入場館，法令另有規定者，不在此限。
14. 館內插座不提供給個人使用。 如因活動或租借場地，須先付費後方能使用。
15. 淋濕的物品(如:傘/鞋/衣/帽…等)請先擦乾後再帶入場館，以避免地面濕滑以及水氣損害地板材質.
16. 本遊戲室每日清潔消毒時間為上午09:00~10:00及下午20:00~21:00，敬請配合。
17. 本須知如有未盡事宜，得另行增列、修訂之，並以現場公告或工作人員說明為準。若未能配合管理者，現場工作人員將有權令其離場並不負賠償責任。為維護其他使用者的安全，屢勸不聽者，本中心有權禁止其使用。

1. Only children under 6 years old are allowed to enter with parents’ company.
2. Please take off the shoes and put in order before entering the room.
3. Eating, drinking and chewing gum are not allowed inside.
4. Please keep your voice down.
5. For children’s safety, please don’t push or shove.
6. Please do not take any public property home, violators will be prosecuted to laws and claimed for compensation.
7. Please change diapers in the nursey room (breastfeeding room) instead of playroom.
8. No defecation in playroom.
9. Please maintain the cleanliness of playroom. Please ask service counter for further assistance.
10. We will close playroom under specific situation.
11. For users’ safety, if any violation, we will stop you to use without compensation.
12. Photography, videography, poster hanging, flags hanging, and labeling and other such behaviors are forbidden without our approval.
13. We do not recommend entering the facility with your pets, while guide dogs are welcome
14. Electrical sockets are reserved for events or venue rental with additional fee; personal use is not allowed.
15. To avoid slippery surface and floor damage, please dry the wet items (i.e. umbrella, footwear, clothing, hats) before entering the area.
16. The cleaning time of playroom will be 10:00~10:30 A.M. and 20:00-21:00 P.M. every day. Thanks for your cooperation.
17. The center has the right to add and alter the rules accordingly with the announcement on site and staff explanation as overrule. The center reserves the right to prohibit use of the facility in concern to its environment and safety and is not responsible for reimbursement and compensation for violation to others caused by personal factor or not cooperating with the rules.

哺(集)乳室使用須知 (Breastfeeding Room Rules)

1. 配合衛生福利部國民健康署母乳哺育政策，及兩性工作平等法之精神，特設置本哺(集)乳室（以下簡稱本室）並訂定本要點。
2. 本室開放時間配合本中心開館時間：週一至週日，上午06:00至晚間22:00。
3. 服務對象：有哺(集)乳及寶寶更換尿布需求者；非哺(集)乳婦女於非緊急情形需進入本室者，須經本中心管理單位同意後始得進入。
4. 使用本室者請先至本中心服務櫃檯押照片證件並填寫「哺(集)乳室使用者登記簿」
5. 使用本室前應先敲門，進入後請上鎖並於門外門把掛上「使用中」標示牌，使用後將「使用中」標示牌放回門內門把，離開時請記得將個人物品攜離。
6. 哺(集)乳之物品請善加愛護，請勿攜出及擅自移動，如有故意損害情形應照價賠償；個人攜帶至本室使用之自備品如吸奶器、奶瓶、冰桶、嬰兒用品或其他設備，請標示姓名與聯絡電話並負責保管。
7. 冰箱除存放母乳、代用空瓶、集奶容器、集奶設備或管理單位許可物品外，不得放入其他物品，並應標示姓名和集乳時間與聯絡電話。存放於冰箱之母乳勿隔夜存放，若發現存放過期之母乳或不合規定之物品，管理人員有權逕行處理，原放置人不得異議。
8. 使用本室如有任何疑問或需協助者，請洽本中心服務人員。
9. 未經中心許可，禁止照相、攝影、錄音、張貼或懸掛海報、旗幟、標語等。
10. 禁止攜帶寵物進入場館，法令另有規定者，不在此限。
11. 館內插座不提供給個人使用。 如因活動或租借場地，須先付費後方能使用。

1. According to the Nursing Mothers law from Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Act of Gender Equality in Employment, we make the rules below for the breastfeeding room.
2. Opening hours: 6:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M, every day.
3. The breastfeeding room is only open for breastfeeding and diaper changing. If any urgent, others can use it with our approval.
4. Please sign in at the front desk to use the breastfeeding room.
5. Please knock the door before entering. Hang on the occupied sign outside when using, and take it off when finish. Don’t forget your personal belongings.
6. Please use the breastfeeding room with care. We will claim for compensation if any damage. Please remark with name and contact number on your personal belongings which need to keep in the room.
7. The refrigerator is only for breast-milk storage which please remark with name and contact numbers. If anything placed overnight will be taken out and throw away.
8. If any inquiry, please ask the front desk for further assistance.
9. Photography, videography, poster hanging, flags hanging, and labeling and other such behaviors are forbidden without our approval.
10. We do not recommend entering the facility with your pets, while guide dogs are welcome.

棋藝閱覽室使用須知 (Reading Room Rules)

1. 為維護使用者之權益，請愛惜使用本中心設備，並遵守各項使用須知。

3. 個人貴重物品、財務請自行妥善保管，若遺失本中心恕不負責。
4. 如有租借/使用各項器材，於使用完畢後，請立即歸還並排列整齊，嚴禁擅自攜出。
5. 若因使用不當造成設備/器材毀損，本中心有權要求損壞賠償。
6. 未經中心許可，禁止照相、攝影、錄音、張貼或懸掛海報、旗幟、標語等。
7. 禁止攜帶寵物進入場館，法令另有規定者，不在此限。
